1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation through our website will not be possible.

Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages. For most eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. The return policy for any product may be updated or changed without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the product and the reason for the return.

Important Notes for Returns

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact. Products returned without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return or exchange requests raised after the applicable return period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.
